The particularity of this calendar is that it includes the astrological influences for each day along with their meaning. Days on which the conjunctions between the planets and stars produce good effects are days on which it is good to start new endeavours. Unfavourable days are days on which the five elements are not in harmony. If business dealings and social and cultural undertakings are begun on these days they run the risk of falling into difficulties in the future.
The calendar is intended to be a useful support for practitioners as it indicates days on which special practices are done. It begins and ends at Losar, the Tibetan New Year.
