The DVD of Rigdzin Dupa mudras was recorded during year 2005 Shedra session. The DVD could be read on your computer or on a normal DVD reading device.
The DVD is a video capture of explanations given by Khenpo Thupten Nyima during Ranyak Patrul Rinpoche's Dzogchen Shedra of 2005. It contains a brief presentation and "how to" of the mudras used in the Rigdzin Dupa text practiced by Ranyak Patrul Rinpoche students. The video is mainly intended for Rigdzin Dupa students who follow this text.
Quality : the video has been done in a Shedra context, without special scene direction; We do not promise a high cinematographic quality :-).
The DVD is sold at 10 EUR + 3 EUR for shipping/mailing.
